RecRivals is owned and operated by RecRivals LLC (“RecRivals”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RecRivals mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use RecRivals.

1. Use of the Service

RecRivals allows users to discover, join, organize, and participate in sports games, leagues, rentals, and other activities (“Events”).

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

RecRivals may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

RecRivals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Events and Participation

Events listed on RecRivals may be organized by RecRivals, facilities, or independent organizers.

By registering for or participating in any Event, you agree to follow all applicable rules, venue policies, and organizer instructions.

RecRivals does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any Event.

4. Payments

Some Events may require payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Cancellation, refunds, or credits may depend on the specific Event policy shown at registration.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks.

By participating in any Event, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that RecRivals is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecRivals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in Events.
